Asparagus Crowns and Mushrooms
So my favorite thing to do is to try new things. So when I thought about making Asparagus Crowns and Mushrooms for my family I knew I had to try and make in my Instant Pot. The first time I made my family said I cooked to long so I tried again and it perfect they said. So now that I have perfected this recipe I am sharing with you. This will feed 3-4 people if you are serving with another side.
What you need
1lb of Asparagus Crowns
1/4 cup of Chicken Broth
1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms
Plus salt and pepper
How to Make
First you will wash your veggies
Next cut up your asparagus into 1.5 – 2 inch pieces

Now place your Instant Pot on low pressure for 4 minutes and then once
the timer goes off release the pressure and open your pop and gently place on your plate.
I served this salmon and it was very light and healthy meal for my family. They thought it was great and had plenty of flavor. So next time you want something different you should try this recipe.
