Chicken Bone Stock for Instant Pot

What you need

1.5 lb of chicken feet
10 cups of water
Don’t make more than 10 cups at one time.

How to make

To make this liquid gold you will first, wash the chicken feet.
Then add in 10 cups of water into your Instant Pot. 
Add your chicken feet, make sure the water covers them up.  
Close the lid, then turn on the Instant Pot for 180 minutes on manual mode on high pressure.
Once the timer goes off you will simply turn off and let the pressure naturally release for at least 30 minutes.
You can let go longer since the liquid will still be hot.
Once you open the lid, carefully strain the liquid out.  
If you want you can pull out the feet with thongs, then strain.

You will need to use a mesh strainer.  
You will pour into glass jars and let cool outside the fridge for 4-6 hours.
Last place in the fridge and 24 hours later you will notice your broth has become an amazing bone stock gel.
