Green Beans in Instant Pot

c

My favorite side is fresh green beans with bacon and a little butter.  So I thought today I would share with you how I made in my Instant Pot.  Also this is a great way to make for Thanksgiving since if your stove is like mine it will be filled up and  you are making the green bean casserole last.  The directions are really easy and the taste is amazing. One pound will feed about 4-5 people depending on your serving size.

What you need-

1 lb of green beans
1/4 cup of bacon bits
1/2 tbsp of butter
dash of salt and pepper

    1. I just made some and didn’t use a steamer. I sauteed the bacon on the saute button, then added one cup of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of water, then added fresh green beans. Hit manual for 20 minutes and quick release and they was perfect!
