Did you know there are 3 different ways to eat your boiled eggs? So since there is there is a Proper Time for Pressure Cooking Eggs I thought I would share with you. The best thing to do is boil a dozen at a time. They are great for protein for breakfast or after a run. I hope you try out all 3 ways and enjoy them as much as I do.

So there is soft boiled which is when you take off the shell and geet to the yellow part it runs. To cook this way you will cook for 2-3 minutes. This is a great with toast.
There is medium boiled eggs. This is when the middle is a light yellow color. There is no liquid inside and this is great for a salad. To this kind if egg you will cook them in the Instant Pot for 4-5 minutes
Last there is a hard boiled and it is when the yellow part is cooked so well it crumbles up. The shell falls off the egg. This kind of egg you will cook 5-6 minutes.
For all my eggs I simply cold flash them which is place them in a bowl and run cold water on them for at least 4 minutes. Then I let sit in the bowl for about a half hour.
I serve mine with salt and just eat after a long run at the gym. My husband likes to have with tabasco and there are plenty of other ways to make. What is your favorite way to eat?
